Technical Program Manager, Decision Intelligence Team

Decision Intelligence Team (DI) is dedicated to solving Operations' challenges using Generative AI, driving exceptional value through four key pillars : developing AI-powered solutions that enhance operational efficiency, maintaining Amazon's high bar for innovation, embedding long-term thinking into every initiative, and delivering measurable impact across Field Operations. This strategy positions DI as both an acceleration partner for worldwide operations and an innovator in automated IT support services, demonstrating significant impact through key capabilities including the development and deployment of GenAI-powered operational solutions, rapid prototyping and validation of AI solutions for WW Operations, and custom offline analyses generating insights for operational decisions.

In this role, the candidate would work closely with Operations Teams, product / program, data scientists and tech teams across Amazon. You will own programs that require strategic direction, diving deep, and cross-team communication to deliver results for our customers.
