📍 Position based in Lintgen (Luxembourg)

Relocation planned for the end of 2025 to our brand-new Industry 4.0 site in Bissen , a state-of-the-art facility designed with both employee well-being and industrial performance in mind.

🔍 What you’ll do

As SAP Project Manager, you will :

Manage SAP projects end-to-end : from planning, execution, go-live, to stabilization.

Define scope, objectives, and deliverables with business and IT stakeholders.

Control project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with transparency.

Identify and mitigate risks / issues impacting delivery.

Provide clear, regular updates to all stakeholders.

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and project requirements.

Drive change management and ensure user adoption of new systems.

Conduct post-implementation reviews to learn and improve.

Lead non-SAP strategic projects across the organization, applying governance and best practices.

✅ What you bring

Proven experience managing SAP projects (3–5 years minimum).

Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points .

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills .

Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Good understanding of business processes and how SAP can optimize them.

Flexibility to thrive in both SAP and non-SAP project environments.

💡 Bonus points

Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or finance.

PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Activate certification.

Fluency in French and English (other languages are a plus).
