In Tyvek® R&D , we deliver new products for new and existing markets, improvements in manufacturing, and / or entirely new technology platforms and assets. Our Tyvek® R&D Senior Scientists and Engineers define, lead, and execute technical programs focused on product and process technology development, based on a strong understanding of fundamental scientific and engineering principles. They are active members of the broader global technology community within DuPont ™ .
Primary Responsibilities :
As part of our Tyvek® R&D growth plan, we are seeking an Analytical Chemist who will develop new analytical methods for detection and quantitation, ensure process and product compliance with safety and regulatory standards, develop fundamental mechanistic understanding of product characteristics, as well as participate in product development and introduction to market. This hiring initiative represents an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, empowered, global R&D team that applies a rich understanding of materials, polymer science & engineering, chemistry, physics, and chemical, mechanical, and electrical engineering. We work in a very diverse environment with the mission to develop nonwoven membrane solutions that protect people, property, and critical products and processes from the hazards that threaten them.
