Real Estate Senior Credit Structurer - CIB (M / F)

The Senior Credit Structurer is responsible for assessing and evaluating the feasibility of credit request and providiAnalyse complex Real Estate credit requests and develop solutions within acceptable credit / risk parameters.

Your next challenge :

• Analyse complex Real Estate credit requests and develop solutions within acceptable credit / risk parameters.
• Provide the credit rating for requests.
• Ensure credit structuring / granting is aligned with Bank's Risk appetite, limits, Policy, and Procedures.
• Within the Delegation Authority Framework, decide on credit files.
• Responsible for business development and revenues growth remaining within Bank's Risk Appetite.
• Play a key role in credit approval process and follow up on the implementation of credit files in line with the decision.
• Check the data quality of the credit request (in the systems and in the credit sheet).
