The Luxembourg Stock Exchange is looking for a :

Legal Counsel

Permanent contract (F / M)

Join the Luxembourg Stock Exchange as an in-house Legal Counsel, where your expertise will drive innovation and excellence in a dynamic financial environment.

Tasks / missions

Provide legal advice for teams across the organisation;

Review of contractual documentation;

Support the General Counsel in its governance tasks;

Produce and update internal documentation;

Assist on corporate law questions;

Provide support to the DPO;

Manage intellectual property rights.

Profile

Master’s degree in Law, preferably with the CCDL;

Minimum 5 years of experience as a lawyer, primarily in an in-house setting;

Full professional proficiency in French and in English, German is an asset;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Proactive, reliable, and pragmatic with a hands-on approach;

Service-oriented mindset and a team player;

Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize across different deadlines and topics;

High sense of discretion and rigor;

Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);

Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
