Hays - Helpdesk Level 1 & 2

We are looking for an IT Helpdesk L1 /L2 for a client in the industrial sector. Responsibilities Realise the level 1 and level 2 support Follow-up and dispatch tickets on the service desk tool Create and maintain documentation and reporting Provide Microsoft Windows Active Directory basic support Achieve the installation and management of devices Provide the email support for the end-users You have a minimum of 3 years professional experience as an IT Support Engineer You speak fluently French and English (Mandatory) You master ITIL v4 Foundation Certification Microsoft and VMware Knowledge of Lotus Domino/Notes email environment is an asset Knowledge of an EndPoint deployment tool is an asset Good understanding of TCP/IP, networking and security If you are interested in this opportunity, apply via the button below.
