Cronos Europa - Unix / Application Support Engineer

The suitable candidate will have a proven track experience of at least 4 years managing Unix systems and applications, ideally in a large scale environment. Mission Provide level 2-3 support on Linux systems and associated Middleware components.
Management of infrastructure tools and utilities.
Study of log files and processus, problem determination/resolution, root cause analysis Perform diagnostics on hosted applications, servers (Intranet/Extranet). Maintain centralized reverse proxies configurations Provide and maintain up-to-date technical documentation, support procedures Skills Ability to work in a team Follow ITIL processes Good knowledge of English and French RedHat Enterprise Linux 7/8/9 Application server: Apache Tomcat 8/9 Intermediate scripting skills At least 3 skills among the following: SSL Certificates Reverse Proxy management Configuration Management: Puppet, Satellite Search engine: Elastic Search Automation: Ansible, Ansible Tower Single Sign On for Middleware and WebApps
