Job content Administering and operating IT resources and participating in the smooth running of IT by ensuring that the various communication tools are kept up to standard with a view to quality, productivity and security Guaranteeing the optimal operation of the tools, systems or networks Carry out a permanent inventory and manage the different components of IT resources Ensuring that the operation of all services is properly managed with validation of documentation Participate in the change management of IT infrastructure and ensuring that all changes has been documented and validated by CAB (Change Advisory Board) Creating and updating IT documentation Provide support and processing of N1/N2 requests within proximity support diagnosis of the incident, identification, formulation and follow-up of its resolution.
Participate in corrective maintenance actions by ensuring their quality.
Manage Hardware, software and system upgrades and maintenance Profile Strong Experience in workplace management (User experience, user's request and incident resolution) Strong Experience in Windows 10, Office Applications.

Knowledge of the network (IPv4/IPv6, patching, DNS, DHCP) Knowledge of Teams and Visioconference endpoints (Polycom, Cisco) Good experience in managing print server (Papercut) Managing apple Mobile devices rollout (iPhone, iPad) and update.
Knowledge of Mobile Device Management is an asset (MobileIron).
