Corporate Compliance

Your areas of responsibility:

• Identification and assessment of compliance and AML risks and applicable laws and regulations
• Improvement of the internal control system, implemented processes and framework. This includes the set up and compliance with IT and cloud computing regulatory policies
• Work closely and independently with the Group's compliance colleagues and independently handle Luxembourg related issues
• Support of AML outsourcing controlling to external service providers
• Lead or support projects with compliance and regulatory character including AML regulatory obligations.

What you offer:

• Ideally a successfully completed degree in business law, business administration, economics or information technology
• 5-7 years’ professional experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry and / or credit institution or consulting firm
• Practical experience in a comparable position
• Strong capacity for team work, motivation, reliability, resilience and service-oriented approach
• Strong analytical skills and an eye for detail, as well as the ability to train colleagues on new requirements
• Organizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independently
• Very good PC skills (MS Office) knowledge regarding IT/Cloud computing regulations
• Fluency in English. German is an advantage.
