Senior Consultant Asset Servicing & Fund Admin

As a Senior Consultant Asset Servicing & Fund Admin your responsibilities are:

• Support clients in the review, optimisation, and implementation of Fund Accounting and Transfer Agency operating models across UCITS, AIFs, Private Equity, Real Estate, and infrastructure funds
• Contribute to operational transformation and efficiency initiatives, including COM/TOM design
• Drive process standardisation and optimisation across FA and TA functions
• Support data quality remediation (positions, transactions, investor data)
• Assist with the automation of operational controls (NAV, pricing, reconciliations, corporate actions)
• Participate in day-to-day fund operations and oversight activities, including NAV calculation and review
• Perform ex-post controls, error analysis, and cut-off monitoring
• Manage Transfer Agency activities, including subscriptions, redemptions, switches, and investor register maintenance
• Coordinate with depositaries, asset managers, distributors, and other stakeholders
• Support clients in operational and regulatory compliance (CSSF, AML/KYC, UCITS/AIFMD, FATCA/CRS)
• Contribute to fund-related regulatory and investor reporting
• Work closely with business and IT teams to align operational needs with IT solutions (FA/TA systems, PMS, investor registry, workflow tools)
• Participate in business development and thought leadership activities, including proposals, pre-sales, regulatory watch, and knowledge sharing

A successful Senior Consultant Asset Servicing & Fund Admin should have:

• Around 5 years of experience in the Luxembourg investment funds industry
• Strong operational background in Fund Accounting or Transfer Agency, with hands‑on involvement in core activities
• Good understanding of UCITS and/or AIF structures and the Luxembourg regulatory environment
• Exposure to the broader Asset Servicing ecosystem, including interactions with Custody, Depositary Oversight, Middle Office, or Regulatory Reporting teams
• Participation in operational improvement, transformation, or regulatory initiatives (e.g. process optimisation, TOM, automation, compliance topics)
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across operations, compliance, projects, and IT
• Motivated to broaden scope and move towards advisory and transformation‑oriented roles
• Fluent English and French required; German is an advantage
