Payroll Assistant Manager – Career Growth and Flexibility

An internationally established corporate service provider is currently looking to strengthen its Payroll department by hiring an experienced Payroll Assistant Manager. Located close to Howald, the company has built a strong reputation in Luxembourg thanks to the quality of its services and the long-term relationships it maintains with an international client base.

Your Responsibilities | payroll – Finance – fiduciary – accounting – service provider - social

  • You will monitor deadlines, organize workflows, and ensure that payroll services are delivered accurately and on time.
  • You will act as a technical reference for your colleagues by assisting them with complex payroll matters and supporting their professional development.
  • You will maintain regular communication with clients, providing guidance and ensuring a high level of service throughout the payroll process.
  • You will collaborate closely with management by reporting on operational matters, identifying areas for improvement, and contributing to the optimization of internal procedures.

Profile and Career Path | payroll – Finance – fiduciary – accounting – service provider - social

  • You have at least five years of experience in payroll within a fiduciary, corporate service provider, or similar environment in Luxembourg.
  • You are fluent in French and possess a professional level of English, enabling you to communicate confidently in an international environment.
  • You have worked with clients operating in the financial sector, such as banks, insurance companies, investment firms, or other regulated businesses.
  • You have a solid understanding of Luxembourg labour law and payroll regulations and keep your technical knowledge up to date.
  • You enjoy coaching and supporting colleagues while contributing to a collaborative and positive team environment.
  • You are well organized, proactive, and comfortable managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • You will receive a competitive salary package with a gross annual salary of up to €80,000, depending on your technical expertise and previous experience.
