Advisory Key recherche pour l'un de ses clients bancaires au Luxembourg un Senior IT Project Manager pour piloter des projets techniques stratégiques dans un environnement de production critique. Mission Le consultant interviendra sur des projets IT liés aux infrastructures, systèmes, sécurité, cloud et plateformes de marché: Stabilisation d'une plateforme Kondor+ Upgrade d'une plateforme Realtime Market Data Mise en place d'une plateforme Collateral Optimization Coordination des équipes IT internes, infogérants et partenaires externes Responsabilités principales Piloter des projets IT techniques de bout en bout (planning, charges, risques, qualité). Coordonner les équipes infrastructure, systèmes, sécurité, architecture et production. Assurer le suivi des activités réalisées par les infogérants et prestataires externes. Suivre les phases de conception, implémentation, tests et mise en production. Challenger les solutions techniques proposées et identifier les risques IT. Préparer les reportings d'avancement et de risques pour les instances de gouvernance. Profil recherché Expérience significative en gestion de projets IT techniques dans un environnement bancaire ou financier. Bonne compréhension des environnements : Infrastructure & systèmes Production IT critique Sécurité IT Cloud Plateformes financières / marché Expérience dans la coordination d'infogérants et de fournisseurs externes. Capacité à dialoguer avec des équipes techniques et métiers. Français et anglais professionnels. Environnement technique (atouts): Kondor+ / Market Data platforms Treasury / Trading / Collateral Management Cloud (Azure, AWS) Infrastructure bancaire Jira, MS Project, ServiceNow ou outils similaires
