We are particularly interested in hearing from specialists with experience in areas such as:

• Java, .NET, Frontend and Full-Stack Development
• DevOps, Cloud and Platform Engineering
• Microsoft 365, Azure and Entra ID

• Digital Training and User Adoption
Previous experience working with an EU institution, EU agency, public-sector body or European institutional supplier would be particularly valuable. However, we also welcome experienced freelancers whose specialist skills may be suitable for future assignments.
Assignments may include:
• Long-term freelance and contract engagements
• Remote, hybrid and onsite working arrangements
• Projects based in Luxembourg, Brussels, Strasbourg or Warsaw
• Opportunities requiring occasional travel or relocation
• Technical, functional, delivery and leadership positions
Requirements vary between assignments. Many EU-institution projects require EU citizenship, professional English and the ability to work on a freelance or business-to-business basis. Some positions may also require additional European languages, security clearance or regular onsite attendance.
