Your Responsibilities :
- Assist with the structuring and establishment of Luxembourg investment funds.
- Draft and review fund documentation, including offering documents, partnership agreements, subscription agreements and side letters.
- Assist with legal and regulatory research relating to Luxembourg investment funds.
- Support senior lawyers on transactions involving AIFs, RAIFs, SIFs and SICARs.
- Prepare corporate documentation for Luxembourg fund vehicles.
- Liaise with clients, service providers, notaries and other advisers.
- Contribute to the preparation of legal opinions and transaction-related documentation.
Your Profile :
- Master's degree in Law.
- Luxembourg legal education is an advantage.
- First experience in investment funds, banking & finance or corporate law is appreciated.
- Strong interest in Luxembourg investment funds.
- Fluent in English; French is an advantage.
- Motivated, rigorous and eager to learn.
- Comfortable working in a demanding and high-performing environment.
