Data Analyst (F/M)
YOUR MISSION:
• Gather data from multiple sources for regulatory reporting and follow-up with clients and fund administrators.
• Upon clients (internal or external) request, develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Those reports or dashboards could address business day-to-day activities, reconciliation or ad-hoc reporting.
• Work closely with other teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support. Help them upon request to interpret data and applying insights to improve business processes and strategies.
• Be in contact with data providers and platforms (Bloomberg, Morningstar, Refinitiv) to ensure the smooth data delivery and publication.
• Be implicated in the production of several regulatory and marketing reports such as KIIDs, Factsheets, EPT, Solvency II, AIFMD…
• Collaborate with the IT team to improve and set up our custom-built solutions in terms of Data Management.
YOUR PROFILE:
• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role with an understanding of the investment funds industry.
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English and/or French. Ability to communicate with clarity and concision.
• Experience in creating interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools will be considered a distinguished advantage.
• Proficient in gathering and managing data from diverse sources, ensuring data integrity.
• Familiarity with programming languages (eg, SQL, Python) for data manipulation and analysis.
