CASINO 2000 is looking for an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead and strengthen its cybersecurity strategy.

Define and implement the company’s information security policy and strategy.
Identify security risks and oversee prevention, detection and response measures.
Lead security incident management as well as business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
Embed security into IT projects and Cloud architectures.
Raise cybersecurity awareness and train employees on security best practices.
Stay up to date with emerging threats, standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare for security audits and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Advise business teams and promote a strong security culture throughout the organisation.
Master’s degree (or equivalent) in IT, cybersecurity or a related field.
At least 7 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Strong expertise in security governance, risk analysis and ISO 27001 standards.
Good knowledge of Cloud environments, application security and DevSecOps.
Pragmatic mindset, strong leadership skills, autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001, OSCP or equivalent certifications would be an advantage.
