We are currently seeking an experienced TA KYC Analyst to join a leading financial services project in Luxembourg. This is an exciting opportunity to work with diverse stakeholders while ensuring the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
As a TA KYC Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting due diligence and compliance activities by:
✅ Analysing and reviewing KYC files for Management Company Due Diligence, audits, and migration projects.
✅ Ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and quality of information processed and communicated.
✅ Performing AML/KYC reviews while adhering to internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
✅ Managing the execution and completion of compliance-related events and activities.
✅ Identifying issues, gaps, and process inefficiencies, while proposing pragmatic solutions.
✅ Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining AML documentation, reports, and correspondence.
✅ Acting as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders across the KYC ecosystem.
✅ Reviewing and analysing operating memorandums and related documentation to support ongoing compliance initiatives.

✔️ 3 to 5 years of experience in AML, KYC, Compliance, or Financial Crime Prevention.
✔️ Strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and financial crime risks within the Luxembourg financial services environment.
✔️ Sound knowledge of Luxembourg AML/KYC regulatory requirements.
✔️ Experience with AML monitoring, screening, and due diligence processes.
✔️ Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
✔️ Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multiple departments.
✔️ Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
✔️ French or additional languages are considered a strong asset.
✔️ Excellent organizational, planning, and prioritization capabilities.
✔️ Positive mindset, solution-oriented approach, and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
