NEOFACTO - Business Analyst (SAS)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in SAS VIYA, SAS Studio, and SAS Enterprise Guide to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging business needs and technical solutions, ensuring that data-driven processes and applications effectively support financial operations.

As a functional expert, you will provide guidance on the use of SAS products, act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, business-aligned solutions.

Missions

Act as a facilitator between business stakeholders and software developers / providers.

Conduct and coordinate business analysis efforts with internal teams, business representatives, and external IT consultants to produce specifications aligned with business requirements.

Provide functional support on SAS products for data processing and financial-related topics.

Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working closely with technical experts and advising on application design when needed.

Deliver guidance and training on the use of SAS products to end-users.

Perform testing and validation activities on developments and enhancements prior to release.

Develop, maintain, and update documentation to support systems and business processes.

Profile

Education : Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience : 5 years of relevant professional experience in the financial services industry and / or investment banking / financial sector.

Proven working knowledge of SAS applications, with hands-on experience in SAS VIYA, SAS studio, and SAS enterprise guide.

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to act as a bridge between business and IT, with a strong focus on delivering value to stakeholders.
