Business Analyst – E-front

StellenbeschreibungProven experience as a Business Analyst , ideally with exposure to E-front or Private Capital projects. Strong understanding of end-to-end processes : investor registry, accounting, regulatory reporting. Skilled in gathering, formalizing, and validating complex business requirements. Solid project management and coordination capabilities. Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable working with both business and IT teams. Fluency in English required; proficiency in French or another language is a plus.
Your day to day
- Analyze and document business processes related to the E-front platform , covering the full Private Capital cycle (investor registry, asset ownership, accounting, regulatory reporting, etc.).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, challenge, and validate multi-location requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Identify opportunities to streamline operations and strengthen controls across Private Capital processes.
- Define business rules and mappings to ensure consistency between “as is” and “to be” models.
- Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) phases.
- Monitor project progress, coordinate daily activities, and ensure accurate reporting.
