Strong organizational skills, eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and good interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and French (both written and spoken). Good command of Excel and ability to work with accounting tools.
Your day-to-day
- Verify invoices format and compliance (e.g. VAT requirements).
- Manage the internal invoice approval workflow.
- Handle vendor queries and call-back processes.
- Enter payment data into dedicated accounting / payment systems.
- Process payments via online banking platforms (e.g. Multiline).
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks (mainly using Excel).
- Contribute to the preparation of financial statements and filing on ECDF.
- Support the filing of VAT returns.
