We looking for our client located in Luxembourg a Pre-Sales Video Expert IT in Video Encoding and Network Engineering to support all his clients in EMEA. Your responsibilities Participate in customer conference calls and prospect visits, providing product demonstrations in person and via webinar, and working with prospects at a technical level Creating and updating technical documentation related to our products (user manual, quick start guide, feature note, etc.) Participating in definition, development and testing of new features & products Evaluating the performance & reliability of existing products & solutions and proposing improvements Provide exemplary Pre-Sales technical expertise through technical and product presentations, product demonstrations, pilot implementations, beta program administration, consistent communication, and on-going technical consultation Play a pro-active "Technical Account Management" role within your target accounts including relationship and business development activities Work in conjunction with Sales, Marketing, and Product Managers, the Technical Sales Engineer (TSE) to be the technical bridge between our Sales Manager and their customers Take ownership of the prime technical relationship with our customers to drive customer satisfaction by proactively managing and delivering technical information to our customers both onsite, online, and via video conf calls. Your profile Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronic & Telecom You have at least 3 years of experience related to commercial engineering and technical experience Your technical skills Encoding Videos H264 / H265 / MJPEG (Mandatory) Enterprise Network Design and Engineering Knowledge of IP camera design, Ptz systems and Machine Vision solutions Specific Qualifications include : installing, designing, managing, administering and supporting enterprise-class Storage servers, advanced IP video compression, transmission, Storage and decoding products and solutions.
