With offices in several major global financial hubs, the firm provides high-end legal services to leading banks, financial institutions, investment funds and multinational companies. The Luxembourg office plays a strategic role within the network, advising on complex cross-border transactions and regulatory matters.

The Role

To strengthen its Banking & Finance practice, the firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its Luxembourg team. The successful candidate will be involved in a wide range of financing operations, including :

• Secured lending and acquisition finance;
• Real estate finance and fund finance;
• Capital markets transactions such as bond issuances and listings;
• Advising clients on regulatory and collateral arrangements;
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, working closely with partners and international teams.

Candidate Profile
