Job Description
As a Relationship Officer Intermediaries, you will support our Partner Solutions team in managing relationships with channel partners. Your key responsibilities include :
- Support administrative activities, including onboarding new business relationships and coordinating with internal departments
- Manage client and prospect relationships, providing high-quality service and regular updates
- Handle inquiries via phone and email, and stay informed about industry developments
- Produce regular KPI reports and support team activities to acquire and develop partnerships
