For one of our clients, we are looking for support to the HR communication team's core activities in the areas of internal communication and events.
Responsibilities
- Support the team's core communication activities including writing and publishing internal news stories around a range of HR topics.
- Assist in the preparation of communication materials, including presentations, visuals, and engaging video content.
- Contribute to the organisation of internal events by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, and supporting on-site delivery.
- Provide administrative and contractual support linked to communication projects.
- Provide general team support.
Qualifications and professional skills
Certified secondary level education, complemented with a 2-year certification in a relevant fieldAt least 3 years of relevant professional experience.Good knowledge of standard Microsoft Office tools, in particular PowerPoint.Excellent written and spoken English.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Strong attention to details and editing skills.Experience with design programmes (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) or video creation programmes would be considered an advantage.
