Join MDWind, a key player in Europe's wind energy sector and help us drive sustainable energy forward For over 15 years, we've delivered innovative solutions across 18 countries and now we're looking for a talented Project Manager to lead our dynamic team and bring complex projects to life Your Mission : As a Project Manager you'll steer in planning, executing, and delivering projects on time within scope and to the highest standards of safety and quality You'll collaborate with international clients, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth operations from start to finish This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about renewable energies What You'll Do : Lead end-to-end project management for wind energy installations and maintenance across Europe Serve as the main contact for clients ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with supply chain and on-site teams to optimize resource allocation and logistics Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency in line with MDWind's values Monitor project budgets, mitigate risks, and ensure financial targets are met Who You Are : Experienced in project management ideally within wind energy, technical services, or a related field A strategic thinker with strong financial and logistical affinity An exceptional communicator in English (additional languages like French, German, or Portuguese are a plus) Proactive, organized and adept at managing multiple priorities in an international setting Committed to excellence, safety, and sustainable innovation Why MDWind?
