Your next challenge : 1. Take part of the daily teamwork : Execute client transactions in accordance with execution policies Monitor order execution Ensure risk management for each transaction Work closely with colleagues, Being flexibility Elaborate, monitor and document procedures Share with Management; RMs and internal Clients 2. Ensure a high level of service quality for all products : try to help as much as possible relationship managers and subsidiaries Manage execution flows at Group level 3. Challenge processes and optimize workflows Think out of the box. Deploy project management capabilities to ensure implementation of new execution flows and their automation to increase the STP rate Lead studies and ensure the continuity by managing the subsequent implementation of execution solutions, platforms and processes.
