Senior Finance Associate - Your responsibilities :

• Oversee treasury and cash management , including cash flows, investor distributions, and subscription / redemption activities.
• Review financial statements, regulatory filings, and reporting packages in line with IFRS, Lux GAAP, and CSSF requirements.
• Prepare board documentation and ensure governance standards and procedures are consistently applied.
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as administrators, depositaries, auditors, and tax advisors on fund launches, restructurings, and liquidations.
• Drive process enhancements and actively contribute to wider group projects and initiatives.
