WHAT WILL YOU DO IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY?
Support & Operations
• Provide expert support for DLP-related incidents and service requests
• Troubleshoot Azure Information Protection functionalities
• Support Information Rights Management services and users
• Monitor DLP incidents and analyse protection-related indicators
• Ensure proper escalation and incident management procedures
Analysis & Governance
• Analyse operational needs and identify improvement opportunities
• Contribute to business and technical requirement gathering
• Assess new Microsoft Compliance and Governance capabilities
• Support optimisation of governance and protection processes
Documentation & Reporting
• Produce operational procedures and technical documentation
• Maintain knowledge articles and user guidance documents
• Contribute to reporting and compliance monitoring activities
Coordination & Continuous Improvement
• Collaborate with Information Governance and Security teams
• Participate in coordination meetings with EIB stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft security and governance best practices
• Support continuous improvement of DLP operational processes

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Mandatory Technical Skills
Microsoft Security & Compliance
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 services
• Experience with Microsoft 365 Compliance and Governance solutions
• Knowledge of Azure Information Protection and Information Rights Management
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Cloud
Business Analysis
• Experience in analysing business processes and operational requirements
• Ability to document requirements, workflows, and procedures
• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities
Incident & Service Management
• Experience supporting operational IT services
• Incident resolution and request fulfilment experience
• Monitoring and reporting capabilities
Core Competencies
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work autonomously in remote environments
• Documentation and reporting capabilities
• Structured and methodical approach to operational support
Nice to Have
• Experience with Data Leakage Prevention (DLP) platforms
