Draft, review, and assist in negotiating tax-related documentation and filings, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulations. This hands-on experience offers direct exposure to the deal process and a clear understanding of regulatory obligations. Candidate Profile : Lawyer with 2 to 5 years of experience in tax, ideally within a law firm, accounting firm, or financial services environment in Luxembourg. CCDL qualification is an asset, but not mandatory. Professional proficiency in English and French; additional languages such as German, Luxembourgish, or Spanish are considered advantageous. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a structured approach to problem solving.
