Compliance Officer / RC - Junior to Senior - AIFM Funds

Responsibilities : Take ownership of RC mandates, ensuring compliance with Luxembourg and EU regulatory frameworks for AIFM funds. Assist senior colleagues on RC mandates, gradually developing autonomy and decision-making capabilities. Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients' fund structures, identifying and mitigating compliance risks. Support internal and external audits and regulatory reporting obligations. Liaise with clients, regulators, and internal stakeholders to provide clear, practical, and timely compliance guidance. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CSSF guidelines, circulars, and other regulatory developments impacting AIFM compliance. Candidate Profile : Junior to senior professionals with experience in compliance within AIFM funds. Candidates either : have directly managed RC mandates, or have assisted seniors on RC mandates and are ready to progressively take full responsibility. Fluent in English and French, with strong communication and drafting skills. Structured, proactive, and motivated to develop expertise in AIFM compliance. Able to work independently on mandates while benefiting from team guidance and mentorship.
