Job description

Vous aurez l'opportunité de faire partie intégrante d'une petite équipe dans un environnement de travail dynamique. Vous serez chargé d'aider à la gestion de la comptabilité générale et de participer à un projet d'optimisation comptable et organisationnel.

Responsabilités

Participation aux travaux de clôtures mensuelles et annuelles
Suivi des comptes fournisseurs et réconciliation
Suivi des paiements clients et relances
Suivi des immobilisations
Participer aux analyses comptables de fin de période

Tâches

Assurer l'enregistrement pièces comptables (factures, notes de frais, salaires, relevés bancaires)

Rapprochement des comptes bancaires

Préparer paiements fournisseurs et gestion des remboursements

Préparation et validation provisions comptables

Contrôler écarts coûts réels et prévisionnels

Support facturation clients

Profil recherché

Détenteur d'un BTS / DUT en comptabilité

Connaissance du plan comptable luxembourgeois

Expérience avec l'ERP Odoo est un plus

Expérience d'au moins 3-4 ans en comptabilité
