Job descriptionCall handling, tracking, dispatching, and escalation, Monitoring critical systems, Participation to infrastructure improvement projects. You have at least 2 years experience in a similar position in which you have developed your knowledge in IT products like : Ticketing Tools, MS Windows systems, MS Office (including Outlook), Office 365, Active Directory, SharePoint... Fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish Open-mindedness and readiness to work in a multicultural environment Strong team spirit and customer orientation Very important : given the 24 / 7 service provided to customers, availability to work nights and weekends is required ITIL certification would be a valuable asset Take the opportunity to join our "NSI family", where human values remain at the heart of our priorities Permanent contract Training courses Dynamic and innovative environment Be in the position to open your career perspectives Competitive salary package

- Mainly in the financial field, you will have to adapt yourself to different situations by using your experience, your knowledge but also your colleagues advice
- Involvement in customer projects will also be expected.
More specifically, the following tasks will need to be performed :
