We are looking for a Senior Associate Client Onboarding Team on a permanent contract.

As a Senior Associate in the Client Onboarding Team, you will play a pivotal role in managing client onboarding process and relationships and corporate governance for Luxembourg-based companies. Your responsibilities include :

• Establish contact with the client and understand their business objectives, corporate structure requirements, and regulatory considerations.
• Gather all necessary documentation from the client, collect information required for KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance, perform due diligence and compliance checks and preparation of the internal Client Acceptance process.
• Draft and review incorporation documents, define governance structures, board composition, and shareholder rights in line with the client’s objectives.
• Organize the necessary documents for filing with Luxembourg authorities.
• Assist with opening bank accounts and preparing associated documentation.
• Handover the client to the relevant operational and relationship management teams for ongoing corporate services. Provide guidance on corporate governance obligations, reporting requirements, and transaction support.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to support their professional development and maintain a high level of service.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.
