LE POSTE : For our client, a Bank located in Gasperich, we are currently looking for the following profile : Back Office Securities Database & Taxation Senior Expert You will play a key role ensuring the quality and security of securities data and providing her / his expertise in the operational processing of financial instruments and their taxation. You will act as a reference point for complex issues, ensuring data reliability within the Olympic system and collaborating with IT, Compliance and the Management to minimize operational and tax risks. Tasks and responsibilities Tax Expertise on Securities Provide expert operational support on tax issues related to securities (France, Luxembourg, Belgium, USA – QI, Italy … ). Ensure proper application of tax rules and contribute to data compliance. In-depth Private Equity Expertise Manage Private Equity instruments with comprehensive operational knowledge of their specifics (capital calls, distributions, valuation, lifecycle). Ensure the quality of associated data in the reference database, aligned with accounting and regulatory requirements. Advanced Securities Database Management Maintain and optimize databases of financial instruments (equities, bonds, funds, derivatives, Private Equity) within Olympic. Ensure data integrity, confidentiality, and performance through regular controls and optimizations. Implement backup strategies and participate in securing data flows. Creation and Maintenance of Financial Instruments Create, enrich, and maintain financial instruments within the securities reference database. Update factors via Bloomberg / Telekurs (floating rates, pool factors, index rates, PIK, accrued interests, etc.) according to the needs of the bank's teams. Quality Control & Documentation Apply and continuously improve data quality control procedures. Document data flows and processes, contributing to the updating of internal procedures. Optimization and Continuous Improvement Projects Actively participate in transformation or automation projects related to securities management. Propose operational improvements for existing processes. Technical Reference Role Act as an expert interlocutor for the Management, IT, Compliance, internal controls. Contribute to defining and implementing best practices in financial data management (data quality & data governance). Participate in training and supporting colleagues on tools, procedures, and complex products. Provide expertise and support on the use of Excel BVA for reporting, analysis and reconciliation tasks. PROFIL RECHERCHÉ : Technical Skills : Excellent knowledge of financial instruments : equities, bonds, funds, derivatives (ETD / OTC). Strong mastery of Private Equity products (operational processing, cash flow tracking, accounting particularities). Proficient in Olympic, Bloomberg, and Telekurs. Expertise in securities taxation (France, Luxembourg, Belgium, USA – QI). In-depth knowledge of financial data management and governance. Advanced mastery of Excel, including BVA tool functionalities, for analysis, reporting and reconciliation. Behavioral Skills : Strong rigor, autonomy, and analytical mindset. Initiative-taking and solution-oriented. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders.
