Job description

Chez Luxsecurity, nous valorisons la diversité et l'inclusion.

Recherche un  agent service après-vente dépannage  dans le domaine de l’installation et maintenance technique de système sécurité anti - intrusion et incendie, vidéosurveillance et interphonie contrôle d’accès afin de renforcer l'équipe présente.

Missions du poste : Relation clientèle

  • Répondre aux demandes téléphoniques d'aides techniques, de dépannage
  • Réaliser un premier diagnostic selon les demandes
  • Donner des explications techniques à la clientèle
  • Valider les demandes de prise en charge d'interventions techniques planifier le rendez-vous avec la clientèle

Reporting technique

  • Rédiger des rapports de diagnostic, décrire les dysfonctionnements ou difficultés techniques identifiées
  • Faire remonter les incidents observés aux services techniques, à sa hiérarchie, ou selon les cas auprès des fournisseurs

    • Suivi, contrôle

  • Suivre les problèmes techniques du SAV et apporter un support si nécessaire à différentes étapes de la résolution de la problématique

    • Savoirs théoriques et procéduraux

  • Bien maîtriser les caractéristiques techniques des gammes de produits majeurs
  • Avoir des connaissances sur les outils bureautiques et les logiciels de gestion technique

    • Savoirs de l'action

  • Savoir analyser des données techniques
  • Savoir se référer à une notice technique
  • Savoir rédiger et décrire le problème technique à l'attention des services techniques ou de la maintenance, dans le respect des procédures définies.
  • Savoir remonter l'information
  • Savoir diagnostiquer une panne ou un dysfonctionnement
  • Apporter une solution appropriée en fonction des caractéristiques de la panne
  • Organiser son travail en fonction des priorités et du degré d'urgence des problèmes techniques
  • Respecter les délais dans le traitement des demandes

    • Compétences relationnelles et comportementales

  • Avoir des qualités de négociateur avec le client, savoir « instaurer un climat de confiance » avec lui
  • Savoir garder son calme malgré le mécontentement d'un client
  • Avoir un « sens commercial », en plus de compétences techniques
  • Être capable de s'adapter à différents types d'interlocuteurs, selon leur niveau technique
  • Savoir développer un argumentaire technique, négocier et convaincre ses interlocuteurs
  • Être capable d'évaluer le degré d'urgence des pannes ou dysfonctionnements pour gérer les priorités
  • Avoir une capacité à partager l'information, à mutualiser
  • Expérience dans le domaine SAV exigée;
  • Motivé, autonome, proactif, ponctuel, méticuleux;
  • Permis B exigé et véhicule;
  • Parler français obligatoirement / le luxembourgeois, l'allemand, l'anglais seraient un atout.
