Oversight & Fund Distribution Officer (Fixed-term Contract - 18 months)

To join the Oversight & Fund Distribution Department, where you will report directly to the Conducting Officer in charge of the Distribution function. Working alongside the Department’s other staff, you will act as the primary point of contact for a list of clients on fund distribution matters and be responsible for overseeing activities to support fund distribution.

Your role

• Acting as a single point of contact for clients and internal departments on fund distribution queries;
• Interacting with fund distributors by negotiating and setting-up the contractual relationship, performing the initial and ongoing due diligence in accordance with circular CSSF 18 / 698;
• Collaborating closely with the Conducting Officer in charge of the Distribution function
• Coordinating the cross-border fund registration within the European Union and outside, including Switzerland, Asia, the Middle East and Latin America;
• Coordinating the production and dissemination of fund specific documentation such as PRIIPs KIDs, EMTs, EPTs;
• Assisting the team in various projects to enhance fund distribution services.
• Support the team in regards to AML / KYC controls on distributors.

Your profile

You will also be proactive, conscientious and have excellent communication skills and wish to make use of your flair for analysis and synthesising information as part of a growing team in which you will be able to use your skills in carrying out the various tasks entrusted to you.
