As a Transfer Agency Account Opening Administration Officer, your responsibilities will encompass a variety of tasks, including :
Maintaining client name registers and identification informationIdentifying investors through a risk-based approach and implementing remediation plansConducting checks to ensure compliance with professional obligations related to anti-money laundering and combating the financing of terrorismAssisting the tax teams in producing FATCA / CRS reportsIdentifying beneficial ownersKey Missions :
Your role will involve the following responsibilities :
Collecting, conducting initial analysis, and archiving all AML / KYC documentation for investorsOpening and maintaining accounts in the MFGI register, ensuring compliance with AML / KYC legislation, current tax obligations, and the procedures established internallyUpdating the investor identification database in accordance with regulations (FATCA, CRS, GDPR, MiFID, etc.)Producing and distributing periodic or ad hoc reports to shareholdersCommunicating with investors via telephone or emailPerforming periodic reviews of AML / KYC files for various investorsCollaborating with Compliance and Internal and External Audit teams, including following up on requests and producing reports with the managerImplementing audit recommendations and action plans in coordination with the responsible managerDrafting work procedures alongside the manager and applying the checklist related to account opening activitiesProducing and tracking KPIs for use by fund management and boards of directorsYour ideal profile :
Min. BAC +2 / 3, bachelor's degree in finance, economics or law-Experience of 2 years in the fund sector requiredTeam spirit, flexibility, proactivity and thoroughnessSense of organisation and precisionBehaviour - ethical valuesRespect for proceduresCommunication skills
