Senior Transfer Agent – Stable PSF, Evolution & Recognition

We are pleased to present a new opportunity within a well-established PFS that has been active in Luxembourg for over 10 years. With a strong reputation and high service standards, the firm continues to grow steadily in the alternative investment space, with a particular focus on Private Equity and Real Estate.

Your Responsibilities | Transfer Agent – Private Equity – AIF – Fund Operations

Processing subscriptions , redemptions , and transfers of shares or units within fund documentation.
Maintaining and updating the shareholder register and ensuring all client data is accurate and up to date.
Performing AML / KYC due diligence on investors and handling related requests in collaboration with the compliance team.
Handling capital calls and distributions in close coordination with fund managers and custodians.
Interacting with clients and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of investor-related activities.
Supporting audits and regulatory reporting in connection with investor data and fund activity.

Profile and Career Path | Transfer Agent – Private Equity – AIF – Fund Operations

You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within fund administration, ideally with exposure to Private Equity or Real Estate structures.

You are fluent in English (any additional language is a plus).

You are known for your precision, reactivity, and ability to handle several responsibilities efficiently, even under time constraints.

You thrive in smaller teams where you can build meaningful connections and appreciate the stability of a long-term commitment.

You will receive a competitive salary of up to €70,000 , aligned with your experience and level of responsibility.
