    We are looking for

  • University degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in a senior compliance role within the financial services sector, preferably in fund management or asset management.
  • In-depth knowledge of Luxembourg regulatory framework, especially CSSF regulations.
  • Proven experience in AML / CFT compliance and risk management.
  • Strong understanding of compliance monitoring, internal controls, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with regulators and senior stakeholders.
  • Professional certifications such as CAMS, ICA, or equivalent.
  • Experience with cross-border compliance and group-level policy implementation.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Your role in the team

    Purpose :

    The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) is responsible for overseeing and managing all compliance and Anti-Money Laundering / Counter-Financing of Terrorism (AML / CFT) matters within the Management Company (ManCo). This role ensures adherence to regulatory requirements, particularly those of the CSSF, as well as internal policies and procedures of the Allfunds Group. The CCO operates independently from other business functions and reports directly to the Board of Directors.

    Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expert advice on Compliance and AML / CFT matters to senior management and staff.
  • Define, implement, and maintain internal policies and procedures related to Compliance and AML / CFT.
  • Develop and execute the Compliance Monitoring Programme, including oversight of outsourced activities.
  • Identify, assess, and implement measures to mitigate money laundering and terrorist financing risks.
  • Ensure the organization’s operations align with CSSF regulations and Allfunds Group standards.
  • Act as the primary liaison with regulatory authorities, internal stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Promote a culture of compliance and ethical conduct throughout the organization.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports to the Board of Directors and regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and ensure timely adaptation of internal processes.
