Your areas of responsibility :
- Responsible for handling client accounts
- Point of contact for all client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed
- Developing a solid and trusting relationship with clients
- Assisting with generating new business, work with the sales team for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Resolving key client issues and complaints / understanding client needs
- Managing communications between clients and internal teams
- Preparation of Board Meetings
- Gain solid knowledge on service providers and markets
- Approach potential clients to establish relationships
What you offer :
Ideally a successfully completed degree in sales management, business administration or economicsAt least four years’ professional experience in the Luxembourg investment fund industry and / or credit institutionPractical experience in a comparable position with knowledge about ManCo and AIFM businessVery good communication skills and strong customer orientation to ensure a high quality of serviceStrong capacity for team work, motivation, reliability, resilience and service-oriented approachOrganizational talent, personal initiative and ability to develop solutions independentlyVery good PC skills (MS Office)Fluency in German and English.What we offer :
