Your tasks

  • You lead, motivate and manage the Creos Project Managers to assure efficient, framed and harmonized execution of the project management
  • You drive the portfolio of ongoing projects, from a budget, capacity and roadmap point of view and ensure proper risk management within the portfolio
  • You challenge project requests against the Creos Strategy and streamline business case review and evaluation process as contributor to the demand management process
  • You contribute to budget elaboration as part of the project lifecycle by reviewing and controlling budget and the relative portfolio roadmap
  • You lead the Strategic Initiative “Project Portfolio Management” with the target to derive a value-driven project portfolio with a consolidated view on all relevant project within Creos, including Assets, IT and other business projects
  • You act as a communication facilitator to enforce cross-department collaboration
  • You ensure compliance with the procurement process in place
  • You perform a variety of tasks in the domain of competencies / activities in the frame of the function

Your profile

  • You hold a master’s degree in project management or a related field
  • You have a minimum of 5 years of work experience in a management role, demonstrating your ability to lead and deliver results
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • You are results-orientated, with a clear focus on achieving objectives and a strong problem-solving ability
  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and German
