Description de posteBe holder of a "Bac" or equivalent and / or proven experience in the area of activity Show strong office management skills Be a team player Be familiar in standard office applications Show excellent communication skills in English as well as skills in French or German (spoken and written) Refer to the training table Be well-organized and self-initiative Demonstrate the ability to communicate at all levels, both inside and outside the company Maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties Show the ability to adapt to evolving working environment Show user skills in the tools used in Flight Operations, Human Resources and Finance Have a first experience in Flight Operations Knowledge of Luxemburgish or any other language is considered as asset
For our department Crew Training within LuxairAirlines , we are looking for a (an) :
Crew Training Financial Officer (m / f / x)
Main duties :
- Prepare the INFPC audit for Crew Training Department in cooperation with HR Training
- Control all Crew Training invoices before Crew Training Manager approval in cooperation with Finance
- Spit the training cost and process and register accordingly
- Issues expenses reports for crew trainings
- Control and issue refund of expenses for external personnel - Pilot Candidates during and after selection.
- Provide financial statistics and any other statistics in collaboration with Crew Training Manager
- Support the Crew Training Manager to setup budget and monthly follow up
- Manage the instructor package
- Assist with the follow up and renewal of the Supplier's Contract for Crew Training Department in cooperation with the Legal Department
