The Strategic Category Analyst will own project and data analysis leadership in support of : indirect spend analytics and strategic sourcing pipeline development; global leadership and team reporting dashboards; and supply market intelligence and benchmarks analysis. Categories spanning : Marketing, Professional Services, Software and Technology, HR, Travel, Temp Labor, Construction, and Facilities.
Key job responsibilities
- Conduct category spend analysis utilizing data from Amazon’s spend analytics cube and external market data.
- Project manage across global sourcing teams to build and maintain a robust pipeline of recommended strategic sourcing projects.
- Create robust global dashboards to provide insights and recommendations to improve, standardize, simplify, and drive strategy in the organization.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on procurement data, tools, and processes.
