About the Role :

For our Ferrero Headquarters in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Accounting & Finance Reporting Specialist . This role offers the chance to work within the largest entity of the Ferrero Group, acting as a key player in accounting, financial reporting, and controlling activities. You will be at the center of financial operations, supporting accurate and timely reporting.

In addition, you will handle daily tasks related to statutory and managerial reporting. Your main focus will be on month-end closures and reporting to the Group Consolidation team, as well as Statutory financial statements preparation.

Main Responsibilities :

You will conduct monthly closing activities in accordance with group reporting standards, including IFRS, Lux GAAP, and managerial financial statement framework. This includes monitoring, verifying and reconciling data across various SAP modules (General Ledger, Logistics, and Controlling) to support the accuracy of financial statements.

The role involves collaboration with multiple departments such as Controlling, Administration, IT, Group Reporting, and Financial Standards to address and resolve matters related to financial reporting. You will also assist in the accounting and reporting of fixed and financial assets.

In addition, you will contribute to audit-related processes and support data analysis efforts for internal reporting. Involvement in project testing and post-implementation checks within the finance function will also be part of your scope.

Who we are looking for :

You bring a degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in a Finance department , ideally in controlling or auditing. Your proficiency in Microsoft tools such as Excel, Power BI and familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP and HFM will support data management and analysis. Fluency in English will be essential for communication within the team and with other stakeholders.

You will work both independently and as part of a team , ensuring tasks are completed with a proactive and responsible approach . Your ability to meet deadlines and apply soft skills in daily interactions will contribute to a smooth workflow.
