Description de posteUniversity degree and +5 years of professional experience in Real Estate Investment sector Autonomous, organized, accurate with excellent communication skills Strong cross border transactions and tax planning experience Significant management / leadership experience and Have excellent knowledge of IFRS, with preferably ACCA or equivalent, and related degree Excellent Excel knowledge Fluency in English. German and / or French proficiency would be considered as an asset Positive, hands-on, team player and success driven
Responsibilities :
- Preparation of budgets and forecasts
- Preparation of monthly reporting
- Liaising with services providers on the preparation of statutory financial information (Lux companies)
- Organization of the consolidation process, review of the financial statements, redaction of the management report
- Leading a team of accountants
- Internal cross-functional liaison and external representative for the business
- Oversight of a full investment life-cycle
- Transactions management such as capital, debt payments, distributions, liquidity
- Reporting including financial statements, investor reports, forecasts, escalation, financial analysis of investments
- Compliance oversight, including external and internal liaison for tax advisors and auditors
- Cash management, cash flows streams and preparation of liquidity plan
- Oversight of the tax issues
- Participation to the elaboration of business presentations for investors
- Preparation of presentations for the boards and investors
- Reporting to the CSSF
- Participation to analyses required from the senior management
