Description of the Job As part of the legal department (3 people) and under the supervision of the Management Board, the Corporate Legal Counsel will be responsible for : Drafting various corporate documents (e.g., Shareholders' Meetings, Board Meetings, etc.) Drafting and reviewing contracts (e.g., current account agreements, service agreements, etc.) Managing the legal processes related to incorporations, liquidations, and mergers Handling formalities with the RCS and RBE Coordinating with internal departments and local / international entities Contributing to the day-to-day corporate legal follow-up of group companies Profile of the Candidate Education & Experience Master's degree in Law CCDL (Cours Complémentaires en Droit Luxembourgeois) is a strong asset Between 2 to 5 years of experience in a similar role Technical Skills Proficient with MS Office tools (Word & Excel) Languages : Fluent in French (C2) and English (C1) – any additional language is a plus Soft Skills Strong analytical skills and critical thinking Team spirit and collaborative mindset High respect for confidentiality, professionalism, and mutual respect The Offering Permanent contract (CDI) based in Luxembourg Salary up to €62,000, depending on experience Meal ...
