To strengthen our technology department we are looking for a senior analyst with proven track record in IT Application / System administration.

The key responsibilities of the role include :

Installation, Configuration, and Maintenance :

  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining software both in-house and vendor applications, servers

Troubleshooting and Support :

  • Application issues, resolve user problems, and provide technical assistance to end-users.
  • Performance Monitoring :

  • Monitor the performance of applications and systems, identifying and addressing any performance bottlenecks or issues.
  • Security and Access Management :

  • Manage user access to applications, ensuring data security and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Documentation and Training :

  • Document system configurations and procedures, and may also provide training to users on new applications or features.
  • The successful candidate will benefit from having :

  • In depth know-how of IT infrastructure, including Operating Systems, Databases, Networks
  • Prior experience in working as Application and System admin in the financial industry, preferably Fund Administration
  • Knowledge of : Linux, Solaris, Windows systems, Perl / python / shell scripting, Oracle / MS SQL DB knowledge, Middleware tools, Monitoring
  • Documentation and ITSM tools will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent language capabilities in English, both written and verbal. French and / or German being an additional asset
