Senior Administrative Assistant!

What will you do?
Manage complex calendars, including scheduling high-level internal and external meetings, conference calls, and events
Prepare and handle confidential documentation, reports, presentations, and correspondence with accuracy and professionalism
Coordinate business travel arrangements and logistics, including itineraries, accommodations, and expenses
Assist with the preparation and follow-up of executive committee meetings, including drafting agenda, minutes taking, and action item tracking
Ensure efficient document and information flow while always maintaining discretion and confidentiality
Monitor deadlines, prioritize tasks, and provide proactive reminders to facilitate decision-making and leadership availability
Conduct research and gather data to support leadership in strategic planning and business reviews
This offer is for you if :
Proven experience in a high-level administrative support role, ideally within a dynamic and professional services environment
Excellent command of written and spoken English and French
Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaborative tools
Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization
Initiative, adaptability, and a proactive attitude
