Job description You will ensure level 1 and level 2 technical support to end-users you will be the first point of contact for employees and delivers efficient Audiovisual and media service for internal and client events (auditorium, meeting rooms, webinar platforms, video conference calls, etc.) Profile Bachelor or master degree or equal in experience 2 years of experience in IT Helpdesk support Good understanding of audiovisual technology and systems (Webex, Zoom, Skype, MS Teams) Offer Full-time contract (CDI) A gross anual salary of around 50K, depending on your profile Health insurance and a pension plan Bonues based on seniority Parking and transport refund at 100% Gym access Short interview process : 3 interviews Training courses and certifications Opportunities for growth and professional development A supportive and inclusive work environment Would you more information ?
