Head of Accounting (m / f / n)

Your tasks
- You lead, motivate and supervise the accounting team, fostering collaboration and professional growth across all functions
- You supervise and coordinate the investment accounting process, ensuring accurate capitalization, depreciation, and reporting of capital expenditures across all ledgers used by Creos, including compliance with the regulatory scheme
- You oversee the billing department, ensuring efficient and compliant invoicing processes
- You ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements for Creos and all entities under shared service agreements
- You develop and maintain accounting policies and procedures to ensure alignment with regulatory, tax, and financial standards
- You ensure the proper validation and reporting of regulatory data in coordination with relevant departments
- You monitor and improve dunning and accounts receivable processes to optimize cash flow and ensure efficient collections for the totality of turnover
- You support audits by ensuring the availability and accuracy of accounting and billing records
- You drive process improvement initiatives across investment accounting and billing functions, including digital transformation projects
- You collaborate with cross-functional departments to align accounting activities with organizational and strategic objectives
Your profile
You possess a Master’s degree in Finance or a related fieldYou bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, demonstrating your ability to lead and deliver resultsYou have a good experience with SAPYou exhibit a high level of engagement and adaptability, with a proven track record in effectively managing changeYou have strong communication and interpersonal skillsYou are results-driven, with a clear focus on achieving objectives while displaying strong leadership capabilitiesYou have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, French, and German. Luxemburgish will be considered as an asset.What we offer
